The counseling to Admission to Professional degree Course in Master of Computer Applications(MCA) in University Centers of Calicut University will be conducted on August 4 and 5, 2011. Early, the University scheduled the Counselling for MCA Admissions 2011 on 3rd and 4th of August 2011. But the date is conflicted with the date of PG Admissions 2011 through Single Window System, so the schedule is now revised.
Revised Schedule for MCA Admission (2011) Counselling
Day - 1 04/08/2011
10 AM: Rank 1-200
2 PM: Rank 201-400 & All ST Students in the rank list.
Day – 2 06/08/2011
10 AM: Rank 401-600
2 PM: Rank 601-800
Place of Counselling
Candidates are directed to appear at the Seminar Complex, Calicut University Campus as per the schedule given above with the documents listed below in original.
Documents to be produced at the time of counseling
1. Hall ticket of the Entrance Examination -2011
2. SSLC or any equivalent school certificate to prove date of birth.
3. Transfer and Conduct Certificate.
4. Original Mark lists of all parts, Provisional Degree / Degree Certificate and
Equivalency Certificate (in the case of candidates from Universities outside
Kerala) of the Qualifying Exam with photocopies of the same.
5. Income Certificate/Community Certificate/Non-Creamy layer
Certificate/Nativity Certificate/Disability Certificate as applicable for claiming reservation.
6. Any other document mentioned in the Notification / Prospectus.
7. Two Passport size photos.
Fee Payable at the time of admission
1) Admission fee :Rs. 7,500/-
2) Tuition fee for 1st Semester :Rs. 15,000/-
3) Caution Deposit (refundable) :Rs. 2,000/-
4) Sports Affiliation fee :Rs. 75/-
5) University Union fee :Rs. 30/-

Important Instructions to the Candidates
Fee once paid will not be adjusted/refunded in any case. SC/ST candidates have to pay caution deposit only at the time of admission. Candidates who have passed qualifying examination from institutions outside Kerala should produce eligibility certificates issued by University of Calicut at the time of interview.
Students are requested to take sufficient number of Photostat copies of the certificates before submitting it to the CCSIT Office. The original certificates will be returned only after the completion of the course
